POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Director of Business Intelligence is a visionary leader responsible for shaping and executing Inspire’s enterprise BI strategy. This role focuses on driving organizational alignment around data-driven decision-making, ensuring that reporting and analytics deliver actionable insights for both daily operations and long-term strategic planning. The Senior Director will lead a high-performing BI team, foster collaboration across business units, and champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. While technical knowledge is important, this position emphasizes leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic influence over hands-on technical execution.
