Position Overview We are seeking a highly articulate, reliable, and empathetic Remote Virtual Receptionist to cover our Saturday and Sunday evening shift (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM COT). In this role, you will be the frontline voice for small businesses, law firms, and medical offices across the US. This isn't just answering phones — you are representing our clients' brands with absolute professionalism during hours that matter.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls professionally using customized client scripts and brand guidelines
- Screen, filter, and accurately route calls to the appropriate contact or department
- Take meticulous messages and instantly log call details into our software platform
- Schedule appointments and input data into client CRMs with high accuracy
- De-escalate frustrated callers with patience, empathy, and grace
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in an international call center (BPO), virtual assistant role, or phone-based customer service
- Language: Impeccable verbal and written English (neutral or near-native accent); must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Availability: Must be fully committed to both Saturday and Sunday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM COT, every week including holidays
- Work Environment: A dedicated, completely quiet home office — no background noise, interruptions, pets, or traffic
- Equipment:
