A portfolio expanding across multiple therapeutic areas, a team being built for greater scientific depth, and a country-level Medical Affairs function evolving from operational delivery to strategic leadership — this is the context into which the next Country Medical Director steps.

Your Role As Country Medical Director, you will define and drive the medical strategy for Colombia, leading a multidisciplinary team of Medical Managers and Medical Science Liaisons across a growing and complex portfolio. You will be the scientific conscience of the affiliate — ensuring that every medical initiative is grounded in rigor, aligned with integral and regional strategy, and designed to generate meaningful impact for patients, healthcare professionals, and the healthcare system.
Beyond strategy, you will play a decisive role in strengthening the organizational capabilities of Medical Affairs Colombia — building structures, processes, and talent that are built to last and scale.
