We are building the technology backbone that powers our operations — including carrier management, load tracking, EDI integrations, and internal tools. This role is hands-on and directly impacts how our business runs every day.

Position Overview

We are looking for an Intermediate to Senior Software Developer to join our team on-site in Bogotá.

You will work on the systems that support our brokerage operations, including TMS connectivity, EDI processing, internal tools, API integrations, and data workflows.

This is not a generic development role. You will solve real logistics problems, such as:
- Automating dispatch workflows
- Integrating carriers and shippers through APIs
- Ensuring secure and reliable data exchange between systems
- Building tools used daily by operations and sales teams

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage integrations between TMS, carrier systems, load boards,



and third-party platforms (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Work with EDI transactions (204, 210, 214, 990) and API-based integrations
- Design and optimize data workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and security
- Identify system bottlenecks and improve performance as the company scales
- Troubleshoot production issues and support internal users
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and leadership to deliver practical solutions

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field — or equivalent practical experience
- 3-7+ years of software development experience
- Strong proficiency in at least one language (Python, JavaScript, or Java)
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, relational databases, and system integrations
- Experience working with data pipelines and maintaining data quality
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
- Intermediate to advance
