We're looking for someone who wants to be a player-coach and can train, coach, and manage a team of SDRs.

You will be a key leader in the growth of our sales development division (outbound, inbound, lead gen, scheduling, appointment setting, etc.) and develop the next wave of leaders within the company.

You will work across different accounts and industries primarily in English.

We are a small but growing team and you will interact directly with company leadership.

How you'll get paid:
We pay a base salary plus bonuses based on the performance of your team. This is negotiable, and open to paying in USD if preferred.
- You have at least 2 years of management experience
- You did cold outreach for at least 2 years
- You still have a hunter mentality and you're willing to lead by example
- You can configure and manage sales automation tools
- You can create a successful and repeatable process and effectively train others




- You're organized and process focused
- Your English is advanced (C1) in both verbal and written communication

Major plus if you have experience selling services to the following:
- Law firms
- Logistics/freight
- HR departments
- Insurance carriers or agencies
- Dental practices or health care facilities
