Role Summary

The Analyst, Sales & Commercial Operations, supports the Commercial Process unit by enabling efficient business operations across LAC Region. This role focuses on providing operational support, improving internal processes, and strengthening governance, tracking, and execution of commercial activities.

The Analyst partners cross‑functionally to reduce operational friction, increase visibility into workflows and deliverables,



and ensure teams can focus on client engagement and revenue‑generating activities while operating within established processes and policies.

This role is critical to enabling scale and consistency across commercial teams. By improving how work gets done behind the scenes, the Analyst helps sellers and partners focus on what matters most — delivering value to clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day‑to‑day operational support to LAC Region, enabling efficient execution of business activities.
- Support end‑to‑end commercial processes, including contracting, initiative execution, documentation management, funding approvals, and follow‑ups.
- Act as a central coordination point between sellers and internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Operations, Legal, Technology) to ensure timely and accurate execution of requests.
