The Implementation Consultant is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of client and partner implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regional requirements, and operational standards. This role plays a critical part in enabling market growth and supporting strategic initiatives in Colombia and the broader Andean and LATAM region.

Key responsibilities include managing end to end implementation activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders,



and ensuring timely execution of project milestones. The Consultant works closely with clients, processors, issuers, acquirers, and internal teams to identify requirements, resolve issues, and drive solutions that meet technical and business needs.

The role requires strong execution discipline, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed organization. The Implementation Consultant is expected to proactively identify risks, support issue resolution, and contribute to continuous improvement of implementation processes, helping ensure high client satisfaction and sustainable market expansion.

This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice.
