The Head of Sourcing, Shared Services, will be responsible for leading and managing the shared services sourcing team in Bogota, Colombia. This role focuses on operational excellence in procurement and sourcing, ensuring the efficient and effective procurement of goods and services. The position requires strong leadership, a background in supplier management, and the ability to work across various departments and regions.



This professional will be responsible for building the Shared Services site in Bogota for Visa Sourcing, incl. Operations of categories (Tech, Professional Services, Product, Marketing and more).

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Lead a team of sourcing professionals, including Analysts and Managers, ensuring alignment with Visa's operational goals and objectives. Implement and manage Standard Operating Procedures for Procurement Operations and Shared Service Center. Supervise the Procurement Operations team to ensure delivery of buying activities meet or exceed the agreed service level agreements. Oversee all activities performed by the team.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective procurement and sourcing of goods and services while maintaining transparency and adhering to best practices.
