About the role

Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives,



from tech to customer support.

We’re looking for a Model Risk Manager to lead model governance and drive oversight and validation across our modelling landscape. You'll challenge and elevate existing practices beyond machine learning, including end-user computing tools and pricing and decision-making frameworks.

What you'll be doing
- Providing senior management and the Executive Risk Committee with key insights on material models
- Identifying improvements in modelling processes and assigning robust model risk ratings
- Advising model developers to mitigate risks and align outcomes with risk appetite
- Embedding solid model risk management practices across the full model lifecycle
- Enhancing senior management understanding of model assumptions, limitations, and outputs
- Communicating model insights effectively through clear, multi-channel
