World Business Lenders (WBL) is proud to offer short-term, real estate-backed commercial loans to a diverse range of small and medium-sized businesses across the United States, especially those who may find it challenging to secure traditional financing.

Typically, the work schedule is from 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, though there might be times when additional hours are needed to meet business demands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review supporting documents including bank statements, corporate documents, and other financial records to validate completeness and consistency.
- Verify collateral-related requirements, including homeowners/property insurance (HOI) where applicable.
- Conduct initial file reviews to ensure alignment with internal lending guidelines and requirements.
- Coordinate with merchants, brokers, and internal teams to obtain missing information and resolve documentation issues.




- Lead and support a team of loan processors by assigning tasks, monitoring workflow, and ensuring SLA compliance.
- Perform quality checks on processed files to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all processing activities within internal systems.
- Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending workflow enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
- Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.

Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in loan processing, credit operations, or financial services.
- Solid understanding of loan documentation, including bank statements, corporate documents, and collateral requirements.
