The Role: Asociado/a de Licencias y Asuntos Regulatorios
MAJORITY is looking for a bilingual, curious,



and analytical individual early in their regulatory or compliance career who is eager to gain hands-on experience in financial products and a deep understanding of the complex regulatory frameworks that govern them, from within a fast-growing U.S. startup environment.

Role Responsibilities:
Licensing & Regulatory Support
- Gather, organize, and validate required materials including corporate records, financial information, policies, and background documentation.
- Support filings through systems such as the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) and state regulator portals, where applicable.

Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to understand business activities and translate them into accurate regulatory submissions.

Regulatory Communication
- Draft and coordinate responses to regulator inquiries under guidance from senior team members.
- Track regulatory correspondence, requests, and deadlines with strong attention to detail.

Process & Knowledge Building
- Maintain internal trackers, calendars, and doc
