Key responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Own and govern solution architecture for assigned product(s).
- Make key technical decisions related to performance, scalability, and quality.
- Translate abstract product designs into practical, implementable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to align architecture with product strategy.
- Guide teams toward scalable, pragmatic, and sustainable solutions.
- Balance long-term vision with short-term delivery needs.

Mentorship & Influence
- Act as a technical advisor across teams and products.
- Lead through expertise, knowledge sharing, and informed decision-making.
- Foster a collaborative, pragmatic, and solution-focused culture.

Strategic Impact
- Support the organization’s transition toward a single-product, scalable vision.




- Contribute directly to the execution of the Blyce 2030 long-term product strategy.
- Address complex product and solution challenges with structured, pragmatic approaches.
