About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help drive business growth.
This role is responsible for generating new sales opportunities, reaching out to prospects, following up, and closing deals, while maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and sell our products/services in a clear and persuasive way
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead → follow-up → close
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Track activities and pipeline updates in the CRM
- Meet monthly sales targets (calls, meetings, revenue, conversions)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- [1+ / 2+] years of experience in sales (B2B experience preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized with a goal-oriented mindset
- Experience using CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc
- Comfortable working with KPIs and performance targets
- Experience using digital tools (Google Workspace, Excel, CRM)
Nice to Have
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate pricing/terms confidently
- Experience selling into specific industries such as solar / renewable energy /construction / energy
- Familiarity with contract basics and customer onboarding processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple opportunities at once
