What You'll Do:
- Ticket Ownership: Take ownership of tickets from intake through resolution, ensuring timely updates and clear documentation.:
- User Support: Provide professional remote support for end users with mínimal disruption to business operations.:
- Systems Administration: Manage and support Windows & Mac environments including Microsoft 365, RMM, and security management tools.:
- Network Support: Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and printer-related issues.:
- Security Response:



Respond to security alerts, phishing incidents, and endpoint threats following established procedures.:
- Root Cause Analysis: Identify recurring issues and implement permanent fixes to reduce repeat tickets.:
- Escalation Management: Collaborate with senior engineers when issues exceed scope, providing thorough diagnostics and context.:
- Process Adherence: Follow and improve internal SOPs, documentation standards, and client-specific procedures.:
- Client Communication: Clearly explain issues, resolutions, and preventative steps in non-technical language.:
- Mentorship: Support and guide Level 1 technicians through troubleshooting and best practices.:
- Tool Utilization: Use RMM, PSA, documentation platforms, and monitoring tools effectively and consistently.:
- Change Management: Assist with system changes, upgrades, and maintenance while minimizing risk and downtime.:
