Lead the LCL Operational team as the Sea Logistics LCL Operational Care Manager, driving operational excellence and first-class service across general and national sea logistics standards. Oversee Supervisors, Team Leads, and Specialists, optimize processes, boost KPIs, and support business growth. Be the key player in improving underperforming operations, enabling new business opportunities, and championing continuous improvement initiatives.

How you create impact
- Provide guidance and support to the Operational Care team, ensuring a positive work environment and addressing performance issues effectively.
- Attend business review meetings,



report concerns and improvements, and identify gaps to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to implement process changes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Achieve or exceed operational KPIs while maintaining high data quality and compliance standards.
- Stay knowledgeable of KN QSHE policies, regulations, and GxP compliance requirements.

What we would like you to bring
- 5+ years of experience in Sea Logistics operations, with strong exposure to LCL/FCL processes.
- Solid experience within KN / OCC operational environments at a senior or supervisory level.
- Proven leadership experience managing supervisors and operational teams at a national or multi-site level.
- Strong capability to delegate, prioritize, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet productivity and service KPIs.
