About HireHawk

We are seeking a highly execution-driven Apparel Production Specialist to own and manage end-to-end production across our client's Global DTC and Amazon channels. This role is responsible for the full production lifecycle—from purchase order issuance through final delivery—ensuring speed, accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across a global vendor network.

This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong vendor management, systems expertise, and operational discipline in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:
Production Ownership:
- Manage the complete production lifecycle (PO issuance bulk production final delivery).
- Maintain and execute detailed production calendars across DTC and Amazon programs.
- Track WIP, monitor milestones, and proactively resolve delays or risks.




- Translate sales forecasts into clear, executable production plans.
- Ensure accuracy in costing, production timelines, and delivery commitments.

General Vendor and Outsourcing Management
- Manage and develop international vendor partnerships across Asia, Africa, and multi-region sourcing networks.
- Oversee capacity planning, pricing alignment, and vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance with PP, TOP, and final inspection standards.
- Proactively mitigate production delays, quality risks, and compliance issues.

Amazon & DTC Channel Execution
- Manage production requirements specific to Amazon Marketplace.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon packaging, labeling, bundling, and hard-pack requirements.
- Support complex packaging programs, including bundle configurations.
- Coordinate with fulfillment partners and 3PLs to meet DTC launch calendars and delivery deadlines.
