We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatcher to join our operations team on a night shift schedule from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM EST. The Dispatcher will coordinate daily freight movements, communicate with drivers and customers, and ensure on-time and efficient delivery while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and dispatch drivers according to customer requirements and service priorities
- Monitor active shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues
- Maintain constant communication with drivers via phone, ELD, and tracking tools
- Provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams
- Negotiate and book loads when required
- Ensure compliance with DOT, HOS, and company safety policies
- Accurately enter and update data in TMS
- Handle after-hours emergencies and problem solving
- Build strong relationships with drivers, brokers,



and customers

Working conditions:
- Working schedule:Monday - Friday5:00 PM to 5:00 AM EST

- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

- Experience with TMS/ELD systems is a plus
- Stress-resistant and solution-oriented mindset
- Reliable internet connection and workspace (for remote role)
