1. Collect data from multiple media sources (amongst social media platforms, television, radio, print, digital advertising channels, etc.)
2.Ensure data accuracy and consistency in projects
3.Creation of basic and complex search queries / taxonomies, using Boolean language
4.Set up and maintain an efficient alerting system, based on the account teams’ project needs (taxonomies, frequency, respondents, etc.)
5.Analyze media performance metrics, such as visibility, reach, engagement, conversions, or ROI
6.Carry out thorough and pertinent data analysis on audience behavior, content preferences, and market trends specific to Americas
7.Produce clear and actionable research reports (daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly reports) using visual storytelling
8.Create and maintain live dashboards in media monitoring tools hosted by preferred partners
9.Tailor reports to meet regional needs, considering language and cultural nuances
