We’re looking for a AI Content & Partnerships Manager to help scale the reach, influence, and ecosystem around a regenerative real estate and impact investing platform operating at the intersection of cities, culture, sustainability, and technology.
This is a senior, highly trusted role that blends strategic partnerships, community coordination, and AI-driven content execution. You will act as a force multiplier, turning relationships, ideas, and appearances into sustained audience growth, aligned collaborations, and high-quality content output.
The role leans heavily toward partnerships, coordination, and ownership, with AI content systems as a key execution layer. Idóneo for someone who thinks like a Chief of Staff or Head of Partnerships but is comfortable operating hands-on in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Work On:
Partnerships and Ecosystem Management
- Own and manage relationships with influencers, founders, investors, and aligned brands across sustainability, wellness, urbanism, and technology
- Coordinate collaboration campaigns, co-created content, and cross-posting strategies
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-level partners and their teams
- Turn podcast appearances, events, or conversations into structured partnership outcomes
- Support negotiations and coordination for brand partnerships, affiliate-style deals, or audience-sharing initiatives
