We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced support team. As the first point of contact for many of our patients, you’ll play a critical role in providing timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance. You’ll respond to live chats and incoming phone calls, addressing questions about appointments, medication orders, billing, the patient portal, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls, providing clear and friendly support related to scheduling, orders, insurance, prescriptions, and general inquiries.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams or departments when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or patient support (telehealth experience a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple platforms
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital tools




- English level B2+ conversational and written.

Preferred Experience (Not Required, But a Plus):
- Slack - for internal team communication and collaboration
- Healthie - familiarity with this EHR/telehealth platform helps navigate patient
- records and appointments more efficiently
- Intercom - for managing live chats, support tickets, and automated workflows
- Stripe - basic understanding of payment processing and handling billing
- related inquiries
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) - for internal documentation and communication
