Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled bilingual (Spanish & English) Call Center Representative with a strong background in healthcare and patient communication. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients and requires professionalism, efficiency, and the ability to navigate clinical workflows in a fast-paced medical environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Communicate clearly with patients in both Spanish and English, ensuring accurate understanding of medical information
- Navigate and document patient information within EHR systems using both iPad and desktop platforms
- Schedule and manage appointments, confirm details, and provide accurate instructions to patients
- Accurately enter and update patient data while maintaining strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Assist patients with inquiries related to care, procedures, and services using appropriate medical terminology
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient coordination




- Maintain a calm, solution-oriented approach when handling sensitive or complex situations

Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Prior experience in a call center and/or medical office setting
- Strong working knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare workflows
- Experience working with EHR systems (Epic, eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth, or similar preferred)
- High level of computer literacy and technical proficiency
- Ability to multitask and perform accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality

Preferred Experience
- Healthcare call center or patient service representative experience
- Familiarity with medical scheduling and insurance processes
- Experience using iPads or mobile clinical documentation tools
