We are seeking a motivated Outbound BDR to generate leads, set meetings, and drive pipeline growth for our clients. This role is fully remote and requires someone confident, results-driven, and experienced in outbound sales.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and demos for clients
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate activity and progress
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Work independently and take initiative to drive results
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a BDR or sales role
- Proven outbound prospecting skills
- Confident presenting and conducting meetings
- Persistent, pushy, and aggressive in driving results
- Excellent communication skills (C1 level English)
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
