What You’ll be Doing

You'll report to the Senior Consultant, Proposal Support.

During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Collaborate with the Creative Director, and the Sales & Support teams to understand project objectives, opportunity insights, and creative/branding requirements for deliverable assets and initiatives.
- Conceptualize and design visually engaging client-facing assets—primarily for digital delivery—including customized presentations, proposal documents, infographics, and more.
- Possess an understanding of corporate brand identity systems, and be able to capture the essence and tone of our clients’ brand elements in the development of customized creative assets.




- Work closely with members of the Proposals, Solutioning, and Sales & Sales Support teams and other stakeholders to translate concepts and ideas into visual designs that effectively communicate key messages and value propositions.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to schedules and deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance TTEC's creative capabilities.

What You Bring to the Role
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in graphic design, with a focus on B2B creative proposals and presentation work.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, for creating dynamic presentations; and in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Adobe C
