Job Title: Case Manager Assistant Virtual Assistant

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day administrative support to Case Managers
- Update and maintain accurate case information in the firm’s case management system
- Assist with follow up on medical records, bills, appointments, treatment status, and other case related items
- Help prepare and send routine correspondence, status updates, and document requests
- Track outstanding tasks and help ensure timely follow through
- Communicate with clients, providers, insurance representatives, and internal departments in a professional manner
- Organize documents, maintain digital case files, and ensure information is properly saved and routed
- Escalate urgent issues or missing information to the appropriate team member




- Support the case management team with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an administrative, customer service, legal assistant, or case support role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high volume environment
- Professional demeanor and strong follow through
- Comfortable learning and using case management software and other office tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: Remote
