We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support our team remotely by managing the early planning and coordination that ensures each project starts strong. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organizing complex information, collaborating with teams, and keeping projects on track before construction begins.

Schedule Requirement:
This is a full-time remote role operating Monday through Friday, aligned with U.S. Eastern Time business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET).

Your Role

As a Remote Construction Support Specialist, you'll work closely with Project Managers to organize and manage all pre-build activities.



Your work will help ensure projects are clearly defined, properly documented, and ready for execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with pre-construction planning to prepare projects for a smooth start
- Organize project timelines, budgets, estimates, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate subcontractor outreach, bid collection, and proposal reviews
- Review plans and scopes of work to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assemble comprehensive handoff packages for construction teams
- Track selections, approvals, permits, and required pre-start items
- Communicate with internal staff, architects, designers, and vendors to resolve issues early
- Maintain well-organized project files within construction management systems
- Identify risks and escalate potential issues before they impact progress

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in pre-construction, coordination, estimating, or construction admini
