Purpose
As an Automation Deployment & Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the ongoing operations and maintenance activities of RPA bots in production. Your role includes monitoring bot performance, carrying out routine and preventive maintenance, resolving incidents, maintaining up-to-date documentation, and assisting with patching processes. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring both the stability and reliability of the automation ecosystem on a day-to-day basis.
Accountabilities
- Monitor production bots and proactively identify issues through log analysis and alerting tools.
- Understand the business process, Investigate and resolve incidents independently; escalate complex issues as needed.
- Maintain bot schedules,
release records, and support documentation in JIRA and Confluence.
- Participate in knowledge transfer (KT) sessions and document operational procedures for new bots.
- Assist in patching activities by validating bot functionality post-patch and updating documentation accordingly.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure smooth handover of bots into production.
- Generate and maintain Excel-based reports for bot performance and incident tracking.
- Follow prioritization and escalation protocols defined by the Senior Systems Analyst.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and suggesting enhancements.
- Monitor environment health, capacity, and execution trends to proactively identify operational risks.
- Support hybrid onsite-offshore collaboration and ensure timely communication across time zones.
