The Role:
This position sits at the center of how MAJORITY attracts and connects with new members. As our Creative Strategist,



you'll be the engine behind fresh campaign ideas every month, developing the concepts, hooks, and narratives that move people to act. You'll use AI tools to work at scale and speed, but your creative instincts and cultural fluency are what will set our campaigns apart. This is a role designed for someone who sees AI as a creative amplifier, not a replacement for human insight.
- Campaign Concept Development:Develop innovative campaign angles rooted in user research, market trends, and product strategy. Transform briefs into compelling hooks and conversion-focused scripts that resonate across diverse markets.
