minka_ is growing and we are looking for a colleague who will join us as a Business Developer Manager.

In addition to relationship management and negotiation experience, this position requires critical thinking, creativity, project management, and execution skills as you'll be called upon to conceive and drive major partner initiatives while working cross-functionally with our product, tech and business operations teams.

How:
Be an owner:
- Manage strategic partnerships with partners, of all shapes and size.
- Build, maintain and evolve external relationships with banks clearinghouses.
- Manage end-to-end negotiation processes, work cross-functionally with our internal teams.




- Develop and adapt partnerships and business development strategies to meet minka’s goals.
- Be outcome driven to deliver against business development targets.

Be a solver:
- Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering leaders to define priorities and roadmaps and execute on the strategy for initiatives with strategic partners.
- Serve as the relationship manager for our current existing agreements. Help realize and optimize value from these partnerships while building effective long-term relationships.
- Play an integral role in driving our business development strategy for partners, by identifying key opportunities and potential leads.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in business development or partnership management within FinTech landscape, with previous experience negotiating with the financial partners in Colombia and the region.
