The role
Sales Customer Success Manager
Scope: Full-time | Office: Bogota | Hybrid
Would you like to lead the entire customer experience and be their strategic partner at every stage of the journey?
Do you enjoy managing strategic relationships that drive growth and loyalty?
We invite you to join the Customer Success team, where you’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless and comprehensive delivery throughout the customer lifecycle. You’ll work closely with Account Managers and other internal roles to drive account health and growth.
What a typical day in this role looks like:
The Customer Success Manager is the customer’s strategic partner, leading their experience from initial sale to renewal. This role blends operational management, commercial insight, and specialized knowledge to ensure flawless delivery, drive solution adoption, and identify growth opportunities. Their impact is directly reflected in customer satisfaction, retention, and account expansion.
- Lead end-to-end service delivery, from quoting to renewal, ensuring a smooth experience aligned with internal teams.
- Act as the main point of contact for the customer and internal teams
