With a network of 6,000+ clinics & 10,000+ doctors across 29 countries, we connect patients with trusted healthcare providers worldwide.

As a Global Patient Coordinator, you’ll help patients book life-changing medical and dental procedures through our website platforms. Your role is 100% sales-focused, turning leads into treatment completed while providing outstanding patient support.

What You’ll Do




- Educate patients, answer questions, offer solutions
- Follow up before/after booking for maximum satisfaction
- Keep CRM (Zoho) clean + accurate (95%+ accuracy)
- Track sales, conversions, and stats like a pro
- Join coaching, team huddles, sales challenges (and win together)

You’re a great fit if you:
- Have 3-5 years sales experience (B2C / healthcare / travel is a plus)
- Can close deals, not just make calls
- Good listenerand problem solving
- Speak fluent English (written + spoken)
- Can juggle CRM, chats, calls without breaking a sweat
- Thrive in a remote, target-driven environment
- Can work weekends + versátil shifts
- Show up dependable, coachable, and hungry to grow
- Team player while exciting to beat the target and competing with goals.
