What You'll Do:
- Design, implement, and optimize WalkMe-based digital adoption solutions tailored to company software products.
- Collaborate with executives, product managers, and developers to integrate WalkMe into the product ecosystem.
- Document requirements, processes, and technical specifications clearly for stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze user interactions with WalkMe solutions to identify improvement areas.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize adoption strategies and enhance user engagement.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track effectiveness of digital adoption initiatives.
- Provide support to internal teams on functionalities and best practices.

What You'll Bring:
- Experience in a deadline-driven software development environment.




- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing digital strategies.
- Strong English communication skills for distributed teams.
- At least two years of front-end development experience, with interest in low/no-code roles.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Client-focused mindset and collaborative problem-solving attitude

Tech Stack:
- HTML + CSS
- jQuery knowledge is a big plus
- Figma
- low/no-code tools are a plus
- WalkMe experience is a huge plus
