About the role
Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment,
they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.
We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to support and advise department heads on Colombia's compliance requirements and related controls within the first line of defence.

What you'll be doing
- Providing compliance domain expertise to 1LoD, and offering solutions to compliance problem statements
- Acting as an effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD compliance teams
- Steering retail products through the complex regulatory landscape
- Ensuring every product launch is smooth, compliant, and ahead of the curve
- Identifying potential compliance risks in our retail offerings
- Creating innovative strategies to stay one step ahead of regulatory challenges
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cutting-edge compliance pol
