SD Solutions is looking for a talented Customer Success Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their success with our products, and driving customer satisfaction, retention, and new sales. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide expert guidance, and act as a trusted advisor throughout their journey.

Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful deployment of solutions.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all post-sales activities.
- Customer Advocacy: Understand clients’ goals and challenges, advocating for their needs within the company to ensure product enhancements align with customer expectations.
- Product Expertise: Provide clients with expert knowledge and guidance on company solutions, helping them fully leverage the technology for their renewable energy projects.
- Issue Resolution:



Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients, ensuring prompt and effective resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Retention and Growth: Monitor client health metrics, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services, and work to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and share client feedback with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in product offerings and customer service.

Requirements:
- Proven Customer Success Experience: Demonstrated experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, within the renewable energy or technology sectors in the NAM.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage client relationships and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
