Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and construction documents for permitting and construction.
- Translate design concepts into precise technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.:
- Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. building codes, standards, and regulations.:
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MPE teams to ensure design accuracy and alignment.
- Review and update redline drawings and ensure revisions are properly implemented.:
- Assist in design development, visualization, and documentation for client presentations.




- Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to deliver timely, high-quality outputs.
- Maintain organized drawing sets and document control in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field (required).:
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architectural drafting or documentation.
- Proficiency in Revit (required).:
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software (preferred).
- Familiarity with U.S. building codes and standards (required).
- Knowledge of MPE systems (Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical) is a plus.
- Experience working with U.S.based clients and projects is strongly preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

- 8+ years of professional experience in architectural drafting or a related field.
