- ‎- To establish a comprehensive framework for an integrated approach to Air Logistics, with a primary focus on FSL control, profitability and productivity assessment, and process KPI monitoring. Collaborate closely with the Business Unit and play a key role within the operational and management team. Ensure management receives accurate and reliable monthly financial information, while proactively recommending corrective actions in the event of deviations.-
- How you create impact Conduct monthly customer profitability analysis by country, alerting management to underperformers and collaborating on corrective actions.




- Identify productivity improvement opportunities and present actionable plans.
- Lead productivity improvement programs in collaboration with the Business Unit and branches, ensuring measurement and follow-up of results.
- Prepare documentation for monthly reviews.
- Provide management with clear reports to highlight issues in financial and operational performance.

What we would like you to bring-
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial controlling.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access.
- Strong financial knowledge and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial personnel.
- Intermediate level of English.
