Senior Accountant — Full-time — Remote — 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST

Core Responsibilities
- Own the complete client billing cycle to ensure invoices reflect accurate hours, monthly fees, and contractual terms.
- Partner with HR/People & Compliance to validate contractor rates, billable hours, and adjustments before invoicing.
- Manage accounts receivable by tracking payments, resolving discrepancies, and conducting timely follow-ups on overdue accounts.
- Prepare and execute monthly accounting close, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- Perform monthly bank, Stripe,



ACH, and platform reconciliations while maintaining accurate accounting records in QuickBooks and/or Zoho Books.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial dashboards on revenue, trends, cash flow signals, and AR aging.
- Support tax compliance and audit readiness through clean, well-organized documentation.
- Track financial movements tied to contractors and clients, including billing, fee changes, and commissions.
- Optimize and document accounting workflows to strengthen accuracy and scalability.

Requirements:
- Should hold an Associate Degree.
- Possess 5 years of accounting experience with strong skills in billing.
- Demonstrate experience in reconciliations.
- Show ability to manage AR responsibilities.
- Be experiened in financial reporting.
- Possess advanced experience using QuickBooks Online for journal entries, chart of accounts, reconciliations, and financial statements.
