Job Summary

The Accountant Tax Preparer is responsible for supporting our U.S.based clients in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations while providing strategic guidance and high-quality service. This role requires a combination of strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and client-facing abilities. The Tax Preparer will work closely with managers and partners to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with federal, state, local, and international tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead tax engagements for corporate, partnership, and individual clients.




- Prepare, review, and file federal, state, and local tax returns
- Research tax issues and provide practical, client-focused solutions
- Communicate complex tax matters clearly to clients and internal teams
- Assist with tax planning strategies, including entity structures and transactions
- Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment

Workflow & Tools:
- Client management software: Canopy
- Tax software: UltraTax (preferred), GoSystem, OneSource
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Zoom

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of public accounting experience in US tax.:
- Experience with Individual tax returns and Business Tax Returns
- Strong technical knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax laws.
- Experience with corporate, partnership, or international tax engagements preferred.
