Vehicle Shipping Sales Agent - Remote
Position:Vehicle Shipping Sales Agent

Location:Remote (Work From Home)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (EST)

Objective:
Responsibilities:
- Build trust and rapport with customers to maximize booking conversion rates.
- Accurately explain vehicle shipping services, pricing, and timelines.
- Collect and verify all required customer documentation and order details.
- Schedule and manage follow-ups to convert pending leads.
- Notify the dispatch team when an order is fully booked and ready for posting.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity standards, booking targets, and performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth handoffs.

_ Qualifications:_
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
- Experience in vehicle shipping, logistics, or transportation sales is a plus.




- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
- English proficiency at C1 level (spoken and written).

Technical Proficiency:
- Comfortable using CRM software to manage leads, follow-ups, and bookings.
- Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet connection required.

Compensation:
- Employment Type: (Full-Time, Remote)
