A Snapshot of Your Day

The Regional Sales Manager is a sales position, as individual contributor, responsible for sales of our New Unit business within certain countries within Latin America (LA) Region, in alignment with our profitability targets and risk expectations. You will be member of a sales team located across various Latin America countries. Leveraging your market, customer, and business model expertise, you will be accountable for the early development phase, within the countries assigned for your responsibility. Additionally, you will support other sales teams within LA, until successful contract closure. In this role, you will report to our Head of Regional Sales Latin America, Gas Services.

- Leading Business Development Regional Sales
- Developing opportunity tailored winning strategies and ensuring the execution of the same, contributing with deep market knowledge
- Identifying business needs, market potential and innovative business models for mid and long-term success
- Understanding of regional market dynamics, industrial trends,



regulations, competitors with the objective to derive successful sales strategies
- Analyzing and identifying the governmental requirements and regional market dynamics, changing industrial trends, regulations, customer needs/pricing and competitors
- Engaging with internal stakeholders across the organization to meet current and emerging challenges of our customers

What You Bring
- 5 years of experience in Business Development and/or sales” with expert knowledge in the energy and oil & gas market in Latin America
- Proven track record in sales project development with knowledge in business case modelling and financing
- Expert in sales opportunity development including winning strategy, negotiation guidance and with experience in diverse business environments
- Ability to interact with other sales teams and local SE stakeholders, to align and promote strategies towards LA countries and/or v
