About the Role:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gather, track, and log feedback from hiring managers and interviewers in a timely manner.
- Schedule interviews across multiple time zones and coordinate all logistics.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruiting or recruitment coordination experience.
- Experience supporting recruitment for general or distributed teams.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple pipelines and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in technical recruiting is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and Google calendar tools.
- Proficient in English.
