As a Senior Carrier Sales Representative will be responsible for:
- Manage client accounts end-to-end after onboarding, ensuring full coverage of all their freight needs.
- Build and manage loads from start to finish: quoting, booking, tracking, communication, delivery confirmation, and POD collection.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely updates, proactive issue resolution, and dependable support.
- Coordinate shipments across multiple modes including truckload van, box truck, transit van, and flatbed. Monitor shipments, troubleshoot delays, and escalate issues when needed.
- Ensure accurate documentation, data entry, and compliance with internal procedures. Work closely with carriers, dispatchers,
and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and optimizing daily workflows.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Carrier Sales, Logistics Coordinator, Dispatcher or Logistics related. Hands-on experience across multiple equipment types:dry van, box truck, transit van, and flatbed.:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST., following the American calendar.
