Web & CMS Manager

About the Role
We’re looking for a Web & CMS Manager to lead the development, optimization, and ongoing management of high-performance websites built on Webflow, Shopify, and WordPress. This role blends technical expertise with strategic thinking — perfect for someone who enjoys both coding and leading digital experience initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of websites across Webflow, Shopify, and WordPress
- Lead CMS structure, governance, and scalability initiatives
- Build and maintain responsive layouts and custom features (HTML, CSS, JS)
- Configure and manage backend logic, plugins, and API integrations (PHP, Liquid, REST APIs)
- Monitor and enhance site performance, SEO, and accessibility
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and automation teams to support campaigns and UX improvements
- Document web processes and workflows for efficient operations




- Supervise and coordinate with freelance developers or contractors when needed

Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack or CMS management experience (Webflow, Shopify, WordPress)
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Liquid
- Strong understanding of responsive design, SEO, and web performance optimization
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Experience leading or mentoring developers is an advantage
