Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Office & HR Manager to manage the day-to-day, on-site operations of our office while supporting basic Human Resources functions. This role focuses primarily on keeping the physical office running smoothly, supporting staff on-site, and ensuring operational organization.
Key Responsibilities
Office & On-Site Operations
- Manage daily on-site office operations and ensure a functional, organized workspace
- Oversee office supplies, inventory, vendors, and facility-related needs
- Coordinate office schedules, meetings, and internal logistics
- Serve as the main on-site point of contact for staff and visitors
- Support leadership with administrative and operational tasks
Human Resources Support
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding on-site
- Maintain physical and digital employee records
- Support timekeeping, attendance, and schedule coordination
- Ensure employees follow company policies and internal procedures
- Act as a first point of contact for basic HR-related questions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in office management or administrative operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information
- Proficiency in basic office and HR systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
