Job Summary:
The project coordinator is responsible to supervise capital investment program CEB for the Andean region ensuring compliance on time and within the approved budget.
Coordinate technical and administratively the draftsmen team involved in the development of projects and coach the project engineers/trainees team providing training and orientation to develop the projects in accordance with Colgate standards, and following the plant integration systems approach integrating people, process and systems. Prepare, submit for approval and complete projects that are assigned to the project coordinator.
Main Responsibilites
- Prepare regional cash spending report: weekly for local team, monthly for CMSE managers (multi category)
- Review and approve POs related to CEB
- Update BPC cash spending tool by category
- Bi weekly follow up meeting indirect procurement/project engineering
- Weekly follow-up meeting for project execution schedule and definition
- Monthly follow up meeting quality validation documentation
- Draftsmen coordination/drawings review
- Project works execution: work planning, specs/bid package development, procurement process documentation, issue SC&POs;, on site walks checking specs compliance and schedule consistency.
- Attend internal client/supplier
