Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales (Healthcare SaaS) to lead and scale our sales organization. This role will be responsible for building and executing LunaJoy’s sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and developing a high-performing sales team aligned with our mission of supporting the mental health journey of one million women. As part of the LunaJoy leadership team,



you will play a critical role in shaping our go-to-market strategy with purpose-driven innovation, unwavering compassion, and transformative care. You will need the agility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, the drive to be 1% better every day, and a commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and joy. This role requires both strategic vision and hands‑on leadership—someone who can build scalable sales processes while directly supporting deal execution and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with LunaJoy’s growth objectives and mission.
- Own revenue targets, pipeline performance, and sales forecasting across all sales channels.
- Identify new market opportunities and refine go‑to‑market strategies within the healthcare and mental health SaaS space.
- Drive predictable, scalable revenue growth through data‑driven decision‑making.
