The Opportunity:
This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.

You will be responsible for:
- Prepare and file U.S. federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, and other entities
- Review and analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with U.S. tax regulations
- Advise on tax planning and strategies to optimize U.S. tax obligations
- Research tax laws and regulations, staying updated on changes that impact clients or company operations
- Assist with audits and resolve any tax-related issues or discrepancies
- Collaborate with other accounting or finance teams on cross-border tax matters

To succeed in this role you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.




- Proven experience working with U.S. tax laws (3+ years).
- Knowledge of international tax practices and cross-border tax implications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:
- CPA or equivalent certification
- Familiarity with tax software

Service Fee:
Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.
