Role Overview

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospective clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong drive to succeed, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships. Your ultimate goal will be to generate qualified leads for the sales team, ensuring they have a robust pipeline to convert into clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect Identification: Research and identify target companies and decision-makers in the construction industry.
- Lead Qualification:



Assess potential clients to ensure they meet criteria for the sales pipeline and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
- CRM Management: Log all interactions in HubSpot, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for prospects and leads.
- Nurture Relationships: Build trust and rapport with prospects through consistent and personalized follow-ups.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Market Feedback: Provide insights on market trends, customer pain points, and areas of opportunity to help shape future strategies.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3-5 years in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the SaaS or construction industry.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive approach.
- Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM
