CartasPro, LLC is seeking a highly experienced immigration paralegal with strong sales skills to join our team. This role requires closing deals and following up with leads all day by phone, turning inquiries into paying clients. If you don’t have at least three years of experience as an immigration paralegal AND proven sales abilities, please do not apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Client Conversion: Engage potential clients, build trust, and close deals over the phone.
- Follow-Ups: Stay on top of leads, answer questions, and turn prospects into signed cases.:
- Case Support: Handle waivers, consular processing, and family-based petitions while maintaining client relationships.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work efficiently, meeting sales and case volume goals.

Requirements:




- Minimum 3 years of immigration paralegal experience.:
- Proven sales experience—must be comfortable selling, following up, and closing deals all day by phone.:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) - Strong communication skills required.
- Goal-driven, persuasive, and organized.

Compensation:
- Base salary + performance-based bonuses.:
- 30-day probationary period to assess performance.
