Responsibilities
- Support end‑user microcomputer tasks, manage case lifecycle in Service Now, ensure SLA compliance, and generate & deliver management reports as required.
- Handle cases within defined SLA times, documenting and tracking them.
- Maintain sede asset control, ensuring proper equipment assignment cycle and supporting sales and HH teams.
- Support and escalates incidents related to network, servers, and production lines.

Qualifications
- Computer Systems Technology or Engineering degree.
- Experience with microcomputer incident resolution (Office, VPNs,



antivirus, etc.), network troubleshooting, and IT service management tool usage (Service Now); ability to create, receive, document, and close cases.
- Minimum 3 years of support experience in enterprises with more than 600 users.
- Knowledge of Service Now, Office 365, Windows, mobile devices, basic networking concepts, multifunction printers, VPNs, security systems such as CyberArk.
- Adaptability & flexibility, initiative, attention to order and quality, productivity, communication & empathy, teamwork.
