We are currently looking for a Workday consultant, to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team

Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday Student solutions within higher education environments.
- Collaborate with academic, registrar, admissions, finance, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
- Configure and maintain student‑related business processes including admissions, enrollment, academic records, curriculum management, student finance, and graduation tracking.
- Analyze existing SIS workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.




- Support data migration, system integrations, testing activities, and post‑implementation stabilization efforts.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues related to the student lifecycle and coordinate resolutions with internal and external teams.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support institutional decision‑making and compliance requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, integrations, workflows, and user procedures.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end users, administrators, and stakeholders across the institution.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Higher Education Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with Student Information Systems (SIS) or ERP platforms in higher education environments.
